The Do's and Don'ts For Thanksgiving

At some point in your life DO volunteer at a church or shelter soup kitchen. You'll get more out of it than the people you're helping and if you do it once, you'll want to do it again. It's good for your soul.
Let's add a DO NOT to this. DON'T just show up at a church without letting them know. It's a nice thought but you'll just get in the way. Aim for 2016.

    Every five years or so I decide to update this section. I can't believe I've been doing this for close to ten years. The last time I did this I was close to sixty years old. Now I'm just a few months away from the big 7-ZERO. Scary AF!!! I'm pretty sure I won't be doing an update when I hit 80, but you never know. But until then, lets just be grateful.
