It’s the final day of 2016. That marks the end of the fourth calendar year of this blog. FOUR YEARS!!! Wow…is it like college where I get a piece of paper and have to leave?
I started writing this as a way to tell stories about my life with Parkinson’s Disease. I figured there were enough chapters to write a book and this would be a good place to put them together. Turns out there are enough but I lost interest in doing that. I found other things I liked to talk about….to write about.
Two years ago, someone asked me to describe my blog. I said “It’s about Parkinson’s Disease, Nazi’s and The Beatles.”
In year three, I added the topics of Homelessness, Cancer and Death. Sheesh…no wonder I spent those first three years in therapy.
So what did year four bring? Donald Trump and The Rolling Stones! How did that happen? I never would have guessed that.
But instead of going on and on about them, how about I show some photos and videos about 2016 in Blogsville? They’ll even be some of the Cubs. Oh Yeah….THE CUBS!!!!!
That’s it for 2016. Have a happy and safe New Year. We’ll see you…well tomorrow.
This was the finale for 2016. Here was the first one.
