I have healthy habits in mind when I wake up this morning because I have been in this healthy lifestyle for almost 2 years. I hope this blog post gives you some ideas on how you can start healthy habits of your own.
These healthy habits didn’t develop in one day or one month. I had support of Weight Watchers and encouragement of friends.
These healthy habits consist of packing healthy snacks such as wheat thins, fruits, veggies, cheese, and water. I also make sure I have a good breakfast so I have enough fuel for my day.
Another healthy habit I have developed is drinking water. I made drinking water enjoyable with flavoring and a fun bottle. Mixing up your routine makes the habit not such a chore.
I try to keep active throughout the day and break a sweat at the gym. I had been pretty active for these two years and it starts in 10 minute increments. I’m pleased if I get at least 20 minutes in every week day. Having a full time job and no extra money for childcare really limits my work outs. I then plan for an at-home work out.
I encourage you start developing healthy habits by changing one at a time. Set goals small and add on to the next habit. Be kind to yourself for it takes time to develop these healthy habits. You are worth it!
