The YouTube Hall of Fame: Anthony Adams, dead wisdom teeth and The Chickeneers

YouTube has thousands upon thousands of new videos every week, but how do you know which ones are worth watching? How do you know which ones will make you laugh and which ones will make you avert your eyes in horror? That’s where I come in. Here at Going for Gusto, I’ve created what I’m calling the YouTube Hall of Fame. Occasionally, I’ll pick a few videos that I believe deserve to be included into the imaginary Hall of Fame I built in my living room out of cute cat videos and Popsicle sticks. (Admission: Your sanity and free time.)

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it. OK, so maybe it’s not a tough job. Or even a job. And maybe nobody has to do it. But it gives me something fun to do on Saturday morning, so that’s enough of a reason.

If you think the baseball, basketball and football Hall of Fames have a poor selection process, then you’ll be horrified by mine. I pick whatever I want. This does mean, however,  I am limited to the number of videos I happen across during a week. That’s where you can help. You can send me YouTube Hall of Fame suggestions by commenting below or by posting videos to the Going For Gusto Facebook page.

Well, I think that’s enough for the YouTube Hall of Fame introduction. I’m going to assume you’re here to watch funny videos, not to read me blather on. But if you are interested in reading me blather on, you can find plenty of posts where I do so on the Going For Gusto home page.

OK, YouTube Hall of Fame time. To view the new inductees to the YouTube Hall of Fame, simply flip through the gallery below. You won’t regret it. Or maybe you will. How would I know? I’m an imaginary Hall of Fame curator, not a psychic.
