I am a full time firefighter and am married to my best friend. We have a 17 year old son and 8 year old twins, a boy and a girl, and a 5 old boy. Praise God!!! I am a brain tumor and a stage 3 colon cancer survivor. 14 years cancer free!!! I run marathons and triathlons. I'm not the fastest guy in the world but I do love to run. I have completed 24 marathons, an Ironman triathlon, and lots of shorter runs and tri's. My favorite scripture verse is Phil 4:13-"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".
