Top 25 Review: 10-6

Thompson was thought to be the rawest of talents in the Sox system, but he had a promising stint with the Intimidators after joining them in mid April. He hit .236/.296/.458 in 144 AB. You have to love the power and the plate discipline showed improvement from a year ago. Unfortunately, Thompson injured his hand and is likely out for the year. He created the most excitement of a White Sox prospect early this year and now we are left frustrated that the injury bug hit another top prospect.
The midseason top 25 review rolls into the meat of the rankings. Some of these top 10 prospects have raised their stock even further, with one contributing to the White Sox this year, while a couple have been disappointing.
