Scouting report
Danks is a great athlete that plays plus defense in the outfield. He has a lot of range and a good arm. As a hitter, he is still a work in progress. In high school, scouts projected him to add a good amount of power, but that never developed during his time at Texas. However, he has flashed some power in more recent years and still could be a 15-20 HR threat in the Majors. Danks possesses above average speed, but isn't a stolen base threat. He was slowed in 2009 with a wrist injury after being promoted to Birmingham and initially struggled against advanced pitching where strikeouts became the top concern for Danks. He doesn't have enough power to compensate for a low contact rate, but improvements in 2012 earned him a chance to be the fourth outfielder for the White Sox. The younger brother of John, Jordan was drafted by the White Sox twice and signed for an over slot bonus.

Major League Outlook: Fourth outfielder
