Find the humor in it!

Take a moment to step back, decompress and laugh. Before you let it stress you out and bring you down, find the humor in it, and use it to lift you up. Don’t be so serious all the time; laugh at yourself. We stress out over the smallest things when we don’t have to. Yes family, work, and life can be stressful, but they can be funny too! Turn the tables and change your perspective. Find that humor in it and laugh! You’ll feel so much better and soon that thing that you were stressing over will become lighter. Laugh until others hear you and begin laughing without knowing what you’re laughing about. Spread laughter!
