
I want to get one on one with you in this blog post. I want to teach you how to set effective goals and share my reasons why I think setting goals this way is good for you. So, let’s have a little one on one chat, shall we? In this video I’m going to break down how to set SMART goals in your fitness endeavors. Yes, this video is a little older, but the points I make in it are still very valid today. So, if you’ve been struggling with weight loss goals, perhaps this new way of goal setting will help to bring you some insight, and also help you to better track your progress and celebrate successes!
