Hi! My name is Melanie. By trade, I'm a certified personal trainer. By nature, I do my best to be an optimist. Life has a habit of throwing us through the ringer... trust me, I've been there too. One of the biggest factors for me being able to trudge on, and accomplish great things, is my mindset. I want this to be a place that you can come to be uplifted when you are having a crappy day.
