I want to start making tip videos, and this is my first attempt at it (look out, world!). It’s a bit longer than I hope future videos to be, and I do ramble a little bit at times (oops), but I hope it contains information that will be useful to you or someone you know.
This video focuses on proper alignment while doing squats and lunges during exercise, as well as other tips to help minimize strain on your knees.
