Workout At Home To Prevent Diabetes

There is a relatively new program on the market that has been specifically designed for the prevention of type two diabetes in your own home… Kathy Smith’s Project You Type 2!  This program has even been endorsed by the ADA (it was the first of Beachbody’s programs to receive this endorsement, but the ADA now supports all of Beachbody’s home fitness programs).


If you or someone you know suffers from type two diabetes or is at risk… then this is something that should be looked into with serious consideration.  With proper diet and exercise you can not only prevent the onset of type two diabetes, but you can live a fuller life if you already have it.

All too often we are reliant on drugs and medications to solve our problems… problems that we could solve by simply taking better care of ourselves.  Take charge of your life before it’s too late.  This is a great way to do it because the guess work is taken out and it can be done by anyone of any age and size (be sure to consult with your physician before engaging in any new health/fitness regime).
