Welcome to Friends In Family Law: Real Stories In and Out of Court

In legal public relations and media, we know that all the biggest and best stories come from the heart and start locally. Chicagoland family law and the people involved in the industry now have a fun format to share their tips and tales with ChicagoNow readers.

I started my career working in family law firms in 1997. Since then, I’ve seen enough to make most people run for the hills. It isn’t all bad, and there are many great attorneys and professionals who work in family law who give it  their all. Likewise there are some bad eggs too. Let’s focus on the positive and use this column as a vehicle to share information and great stories.

The format is simple. I interview attorneys, staff, legal professionals, and members of our community who interact with family law and its many diverse and challenging issues. Of course all rules of professional conduct apply where applicable.
