If you have a few hours to spend some quality time with the fam, then the Zoolights events is for you! It is fun, free, family-oriented holiday celebration, featuring luminous displays and holiday-season activities throughout zoo grounds.
So what are some of the activities to expect?
– Photos with Santa (through December 23 before he heads back to the North Pole)
– 3D displays
– Warm spiced wine and frosty lager
– Delicious holiday snacks
– Holiday gift shopping
– Live ice-sculpture carving
– Carousel, train, ferris wheel, Light Maze, Deep Sea Dive and Polar Dive experiences
– Musical light shows at Winter Wonderlawn
– Candy Cane Lane and more than 100 giant themed displays
– 3D holiday specs while supplies last
There is also a new Light Maze Presented by PowerShares QQQ by Invesco
This new attraction features 30,000 twinkling lights distracting you from making your way through the twists and turns.
1 ticket required per person.
Tickets can be purchased on-site for $3 each or a bulk package of 10 for $27.
Plus there is a New Year’s Eve at ZooLights! That takes place on Sunday, December 31, 4:30-9 p.m.
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the most sparkling setting in town! We’ll distribute complimentary festive hats, horns and party favors to visitors while supplies last. For participants of all ages.
