  • Duncan was the messenger for Daley. Words like "innovation" can't hide his mission of taking out neighborhood schools, implementing the not sustainable Ren 2010 program and keeping in place the two tiered education system. Failure! A crime really! Daley is responsible for this debacle since he is the boss. Now Daley hires Huberman who knows even less about education than Duncan! Duncan helped in his mama's after school tutoring program and did some substitute teaching. Now he runs the department of education with his Neo-con hires. Sad!
