UPDATE: AP's vacuous coverage of the Trump trial

The Associated Press press wrote a “fact check” on Trump’s tweets about reports of John Bolton assertions in his books about the president instructing him to hold up aid to Ukraine. The AP’s analysts appeared in many media outlets, calling Trump’s claims “misstatements,” “false accounts” and so forth.

Well and good. But where was the AP’s fact checking of the House impeachment hearings and the evidence Democrats used to charge Trump? I googled “AP Trump trial fact check” and came up empty. Again, my apologies if I missed it.

So add this observation to my earlier post about the AP’s slanted coverage.

Typical liberal media bias......making their own news rather than reporting it.
