Also on Monday, USA hockey released the names of players invited to their training camp in August for the 2014 Winter Olympics. Blackhawks forwards Patrick Kane and Brandon Saad and defenseman Nick Leddy are among those invites.

Earlier in July, Sweden announced the players invited to their training camp. Blackhawks forward Marcus Krüger and defensemen Johnny Oduya and Niklas Hjalmarsson made the list.

In June, Finland named their invite list and it included Blackhawks prospect netminder Antti Raanta.
