Race weekend...

This morning I had a short 40:00 run, I got up early and ran without my Garmin. It went fine, my legs felt good. I’m looking forward to my second rest day of the week tomorrow, and then looking forward to the St. Paddy’s 8k on Sunday! As much as I want to run it... Read more »
