Results are in…I lost 1.1lbs last week, bringing my total weight loss to 106.9lbs. I seem to have hit a plateau the last few weeks, I am glad I had a loss this week and didn’t keep gaining.  I get antsy that a gain one week will snowball.  Not sure why, I’m doing the same... Read more »
