Police looking for two males after CTA Green Line robberies

Chicago police have issued community alerts for two suspects in two different robberies on the south end of the CTA Green Line.

The robbers are described as African-Americans between the ages of 16 and 21, 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-2 and weighing between 190 and 230 pounds, reports the Chicago Tribune.

In the first incident, two males took a cellphone and jacket from a 17-year-old on the train near 51st Street on Jan. 5. Then on Feb. 3, a man in his 20s was robbed of this cellphone by three men near 47th Street. When the train stopped at 47th Street, the men pushed the victim off the train.
