Midnight Terror Haunted House

Last year, Midnight Terror Haunted House thrilled visitors by moving to a bigger, better location in Oak Lawn. This year, determined to give paying customers fresh thrills, they’ve reinvented that extra space into a “fear-for-all” playground of more than 60 rooms and over 100 actors spread across 26,000+ square feet. Midnight Terror creator/co-owner Justin Cerniuk and his crew spent the offseason redesigning, expanding and improving more than 85 percent of the haunt. Also, to provide more spontaneous performances, the creepy characters lurking the rooms now have the freedom to frighten patrons in their own creative vay. Cerniuk, an ex-Marine and Oak Lawn native, launched Midnight Terror in 2014. Midnight Terror provides admission to two haunted houses all in one location that takes on average 35-minutes to valk through both attractions. First, meet the ghostly Willow and her cult of possessed followers in Black Oak Grove. Then the second part of your journey leads through the Factory of Malum, named after a demonic overlord that has enslaved an army of monstrous minions.

Located at 5520 W. 111th St., Oak Lawn, Illinois. Midnight Terror opens to the public for shows beginning on Thursday, September 28, 2017, and runs on select dates through November 4, 2017. Free entertainment for guests in line. Ghoulish gift shop on the premises. ADA-accessible. All indoors including a covered vaiting area. Park for free at the Oak Lawn Metra station parking garage (located at 9525 Tulley Ave.) and take a complimentary round-trip shuttle that includes costumed characters aboard to entertain passengers to the Midnight Terror site. Tickets start at $25 per person for regular admission at the door or $23 online; VIP admission per person is $35 at the door or $33 online.
