If you’re a teacher in the area you’ve probably been to today’s shop several times. Although my teaching days are long over, there are still plenty of great things to find at The Chalkboard
As you’d expect from a teacher store, there are plenty of classroom decorating boarders, banners, and essentials.
There are also shelves full of workbooks and supplemental materials. Which are not only great for teachers, but if your child could use a little extra practice with math, counting money, or foreign languages.
Kids a little older? Chances are they’ll have school projects & The Chalkboard is a great place for materials. They have a huge selection of poster boards, tons of stickers, and materials for every imaginable theme.
Speaking of themes, need decorations or favors for a birthday party? You’ll find plenty of ideas from pirates, to artistic, to music and everything in between.
I even found a few things today for my jr. high daughter: mustache pencils and cute magnetic clips (perfect for her locker).
Looking for toys, gifts, or a game for family night? You’ll find those too. There’s a huge selection of Playmobil and creative toys. Look for “Shut the Box,” a great dice game for all ages.
The only thing I do wish they carried is more eco-friendly materials.
They have four locations, so stop by and check it out. You’re sure to find something to make school life or organizing easier!
