Derrick Rose, still only 29, will join his former head coach Tom Thibodeau and former teammates Jimmy Butler and Taj Gibson on the Timberwolves.
Rose started the season with the Cleveland Cavaliers before taking a leave of absence and eventually being traded to the Utah Jazz. After the Jazz released Rose, talks of the Timberwolves being a landing spot for him heated up.
