-Nagy grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Delaware, where he played quarterback, in 2001.
-His first coaching experiences were in the high school ranks at Manheim Central, Cedar Crest and Palmyra Area.
-Nagy then played in the Arena Football League with the New York Dragons, Carolina Cobras, Georgia Force and Columbus Destroyers.
-The first time Nagy had a role within the NFL was with the Philadelphia Eagles as a coaching intern during training camp in 2008 and 2009.
-Later, Nagy was an assistant to Eagles coaches in 2010 and was the team’s quality control coach in 2011 and 2012.
-In 2013, Nagy joined the Chiefs’ staff and has helped Alex Smith have the best years of his career.
-At the end of his time with the Chiefs, Nagy was the team’s offensive coordinator and playcaller.
