Bulls summer league roster includes Illini Demetri McCamey

The Chicago Bulls announced their team which will participate in the 2012 Las Vegas Summer League.  Current Bulls forward Jimmy Butler (last year’s #1 pick out of Marquette), along with Chicago’s first-round pick Marquis Teague (No. 29 overall in the 2012 NBA Draft out of Kentucky) highlight this summer’s 12-man roster.

Will Teague be the next in line of great John Calipari point guards, like Derrick Rose? Check out another big name on the roster- Demetri McCamey, the former Illini point guard who prepped at suburban St. Joseph’s before Illinois and played in Turkey professionally after Champaign.

The Bulls begin summer league play on Tuesday, July 17 versus the Boston Celtics.  All five of Chicago’s games will be played at COX Pavilion and the Thomas & Mack Center located on the campus of UNLV.  NBA TV will televise 57 games, including 38 live from both the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion.  Summer League games will also be available live on NBA.com and NBA Mobile through NBA SUMMER LEAGUE BROADBAND.
