Michael Kleen who is a Paranormal Ghost Chaser and self published author, has decided at the age of only 30yrs old that he will attempt to win a seat on the Winnebago County Board in the March elections and decided to attempt it as a Tea Party Politician.
Winnebago County Board members are paid $5,000 annually and receive $100 for each regularly scheduled board meeting, allowing them to earn an extra $2,500 annually.
