Kelly and Kelly Lowenstein will host a two-hour “public square” discussion from Carter’s Barber Shop
at 3622 W. Cermak Road in the North Lawndale community. Tune in for
three 20-minute segments — on chronic unemployment and ex-offenders place in the job market — which begin at at 10:20, 11, and
11:40, respectively.
