Stretch That Tight Butt!

If you’re like most runners, the last few days have been an awesome change from the terrible winter we endured. If you’re also like a lot of runners I know, you’re not stretching and applying foam rolling techniques like you should be to maintain healthy fascial tissue, joints and muscles.


So, as a reminder today I wanted to show you one of my favorite foam rolling techniques for your piriformis….a tight piriformis muscle can reek havoc on your lower back and hip complex and typically becomes inflamed when you run quite a bit and can also cause problems if you sit at a desk for long periods of time or sit in the car for long periods of time.
