Kettlebell Swings Burn Calories and Fat!

In my last post Lose Weight. Burn Fat – Part 2, I talk about how to increase the amount of calories you burn throughout the day while your body is at rest. One way to do this is to implement some high metabolic intervals into your resistance training programs.

Try implementing Kettlebell Swings into your resistance training regiments to burn more calories and burn more fat throughout the day while your body is at rest. Check out the video for proper form and function of the kettlebell swing. 

Try performing the following routine for a great resistance and high metabolic training session.
Perform 4 rounds of the following:
20 pushups
20 body weight squats
20 walking lunges
20 plank to palm (10 each arm)
20 kettlbell swings
