It’s a beautiful start to the weekend and it looks like it’s going to stay nice for a few days so hopefully you get a chance to get outside and get some exercise!
Today’s Exercise Of The Weekend is often over-looked and hardly used but if used, will increase your endurance, burn extra calories, help you recruit more muscle fibers, stimulate the use of fast twitch muscles and improve your coordination.

How to Perform?
You will use this to increase your heart rate between sets of resistance exercises. For every 10 minutes of resistance exercises perform 1 minute of jumping rope. So if you are working out for 1 hour, then you will be performing 6 sets of jump rope for 1 minute at a time.
