What Is It?
The Spider-man Crawl
What It Works?
It works your whole body, chest, shoulders, back, core, and legs. It’s a great full-body exercise that will leave you stronger and more flexible. (It’s also a great move if you’re trying to sneak around on the floor!)
How It’s Done:
Perform 3 sets of 20 “crawls”, rest for 30 seconds between each set.
