Experience the masterful culinary creations of the Chicago’s most talented and recognizable chefs at TOQUE, a benefit for Children’s Oncology Services, Inc. (COSI) on Thursday September 8th at The Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel (1 West Wacker Drive) at 6PM.
This exquisite night of exceptional fine dining raising money to help send children with cancer to camp will include a cocktail reception and seated, multi-course degustation menu featuring signature dishes prepared exclusively by each celebrity chef in attendance, as well as expertly selected wines paired with the meal. Unique silent and live auctions will be highlighted by once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.
Participating CHI-lebrity Chefs to date include: Graham Elliot (Graham Elliot Restaurant, TV’s MasterChef Judge), Randy Zweiban (Province), Stephanie Izard (Girl and the Goat, Top Chef Season 4 Winner), Mindy Segal (Mindy’s Hot Chocolate), Mark Steuer (The Bedford), Ryan Pitts (RL), Ryan Poli (Tavernita), Cleetus Friedman (City Provisions), Erick Williams (MK Restaurant), Tony Galzin (MK Restaurant), Jason Hammel (Lula and Nightwood), and Chris Pandel (the Bristol).
Plus, Dr. Sandy Goldberg, regular health contributor at NBC 5 and cancer survivor herself, will host the event and Michael Kornick of mk, dmk burger bar, FISH and N9NE Group, will serve as the event’s executive chef.
