Chicago City Winery features "The Dinner Party" on May 6

I hope you can join me and Chef de Cuisine Sean Pharr of NoMI Kitchen,  Lin Brehmer of WXRT and Associate Director of the Timeline Theatre, Nick Bowling, onstage for “The Dinner Party” Monday night, May 6, at Chicago City Winery, 1200 W. Randolph St. !  The  audience will enjoy tastings of appetizers and entrees, paired with wine and chocolate from Vosges with live entertainment by Hubbard Street 2.

Chef Pharr is making Duck Confit Rillette with French Prune Mustard and Country Toast AND Pork Shoulder Cotechino with Good Mother Stallard Beans, Collard Greens and his Grandmother’s Chow-Chow. (Limited Vegetarian options available.)

Join host Elysabeth Alfano for a completely new and different kind of show. Alfano invites 3 Chicago or national celebs and a known chef who cooks for them. Over food, wine, chocolate and artist performances, the conversations and the unexpected flow. Filmed in front of a live audience, come to Chicago City Winery to share in the food, wine, chocolate and conversation. Can’t make the City Winery? You can also watch THE DINNER PARTY on-line at www.FearNoArt.TV and tweet in to be a part of this fantastic new multi-dimensional show.

Host Elysabeth Alfano has this to say about the move. “The beautiful Mayne Stage will always be our home and we look forward to returning. But we have had too many requests to bring our show downtown to more people and the Chicago City Winery is the perfect spot for us. We are very excited.”
