CS Magazine Presents "Men of Style 2010" at Barney's

NBC’s Marcus Riley is one of CS Magazine “Ten for ’10”.

CS Magazine recently hosted a party at Barney’s to celebrate their 2010 Men of Style. The 4th floor was packed with friends who had come to congratulate the “Ten for ’10”. Lucky recipients include NBC’s Marcus Riley, Christopher Clinton Conway (Joffrey Ballet’s Executive Director), JC Steinbrunner (artist), Matt Woodburn and Matt DuFour (producers of “After Dark” event series at the Art Institute), Drew Harris (Creative Director for The Trunk Club, and online personal shopping service), Brian Spaly (Founder of The Trunk Club), Brandon Smith (co-founder of Chicago-based Bandit Productions which is a music licensing, branding and consulting firm), Luca Lanzetta (owner of the Chicago Antonio Lupi and Ernestomeda design showrooms) and Jesse Deckard (an event designer at Botanicals). This feature was written by Amalie Drury and was her 8th Men of Style article! Nice work if you can get it!

Legendary Barney’s Creative Director, Simon Doonan, was on hand this night as well. Michael Kors described him as “a modern Noel Coward with a dash of Auntie Mame thrown in!” Simon has been Creative Director since 1986 and has since authored numerous books, has a column in the NY Observer (“Simon Says”) and even has a BBC series, “Beautiful People”, based on his book “Nasty”, which is in its 2nd season. Seen in the glam crowd were NBC’s Deborah O. Brown, Ben Soldinger, Fabrice Calmels, Itika Oldwine, Justin Jacobson, Julia-Jacobs Sanford, Akira’s Creative Director Chris Ho, Scott Johnson, Dr. Sandy Greenberg, Christine Ott, Rita Thomas, Amalie Drury, Graham Kostic, Lonnie Rodrieguez, Matt Woodburn, Roger Elion, Casey McMillan, Rachel Schwanz, Rich Foreside, Trevian Kutti and her darling son King, PR whiz Jill Katz and Barney’s stylist to the stars, Q Scott among many others. Congrats to the handsome “Ten for ’10”!
