It’s National Soup Month and nothing sounds tastier than a warm bowl of soup in these cold winter months of Chicago. Here’s a few recipes to help fill that craving without increasing your pant size! I’ve compiled a few soup recipes from fitness sites and added one of my own favorites. Enjoy and let me know if you have any recipes you’d like to share!
In regards to my recipe, it’s the White Chicken Chili- feel free to keep your soup “soupier” or thicker depending on your preferences. I like to add a few whole grain noodles to my bowl. Topping it off with a little Monterey Jack Cheese will add a little thickness and a nice flavor as well!
