My goal is to share ALL the knowledge I have obtained over the last nine years about hair, skin and nails with everyone who is "Mane conscious"!

Vitamins A, B and E are vital nutrients for hair, skin and nails.  Here's a short read on the role of vitamins and minerals.
I know this may be tough to do, but try to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day.  Drinking water will prevent dehydration and it cleans out the body.  Eat fresh fruits, vegetables and grains, they aid in skin elasticity and prevent premature skin aging.

For silky smooth skin every time without fail follow these instructions. I GUARANTEE IT!

Items needed:
Jojoba oil - most similar to human skin oil (sebum)
Unrefined Shea butter - excellent all-natural moisturizer
Dove cream oil body wash - hydrate well and smell good
Dove cream oil lotion - keep skin soft through out the day and it smell good too

After you get out of the shower or bath DO NOT DRY OFF, it is essential to trap moisture in the skin.  Grab the jojoba oil and apply a nickel size amount to your entire body.  Next, apply shea butter use a small amount because it is a bit heavy, but a little goes a long way (size reference two green peas).  Rub the shea butter in your hands until it emulsifies then apply to your entire body.  Lastly apply the Dove cream oil lotion and I guarantee you will have super silky soft have my word on it!!
