inside the Elysian Hotel on Walton Street.  The dessert, dubbed the Paris-Brest, honors an old French bike race that went from Paris to Brest and back.  It is shaped like a bicycle tire and filled with deliciousness (and lots of hazelnuts).
Be prepared to drool as Hungry Hound reporter Steve Dolinsky gives you an up-close-and-personal look at how the dessert is made in his feature.
And the best part? The dessert costs just $5.
