Sunday Ads and Coupons: Cheap Diapers, Cheap Thermacare, Moneymaking Contact Solution

Here are the best deals and coupons I see in this week's Sunday newspaper inserts. Let's make this quick and dirty so I can go outside and enjoy the weather! This week I'm interested in Huggies and moneymaking Complete contact solution at Walgreens, ThermaCare wraps for 50 cents a box at CVS, and the ConAgra deal at Jewel-Osco.

COUPONS: There is a SmartSource, a RedPlum and a couple coupons in Parade, not to mention the coupons in the Jewel-Osco ad.

Parade has two coupons: Near the front, there's a buy one Olay facial moisturizer, get a free 7-in-1 Anti-Aging body wash. The back page has $1/1 Pantene product (use it at Walgreens).

Moneymaker: Complete contact solution $7.99, get $8 Register Rewards. Use $2/1 from the Dominick's May coupon booklet or the 5/16 RedPlum insert = $2 moneymaker!

Goody Ouchless barettes or headband $2.99, get $2.99 RR.

Carefree Panty liners -- 99 cents with in-ad coupon, stack with $1/1 from the 4/25 SmartSource to get it free.

Sales: Hunt's tomato sauce 8 oz. for 25 cents, Oscar Mayer weiners buy one, get one free @ $2.99 (use $1/2 printable coupon), 32 oz. Pure honey for $3.99 w/ in-ad coupon, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese 69 cents w/ in-ad coupon, Revlon Colorsilk hair color $1.99 with in-ad coupon, use the $1/1 from today's 5/23 SmartSource.

Register Rewards deals:

Buy 2 Huggies diapers for $18, get $3 Register Rewards. Use two $3/1 printable coupons to get them for $4.50 each after coupons and RR.

Buy two Pantene for $7, get a $2 RR. Use two $1/1 from today's 5/23 Parade to get them for $1.50 each.

For the full list of Walgreens deals see Money Saving Mom.

Sales: 4-pack Pepsi 99 cents. Edy's ice cream buy one, get one free -- use the $2/1 coupon from the Jewel-Osco ad. (I don't know the price but it is trill probably a much better deal at Target or Dominick's this week.) CVS panty liners are 2/$.99 -- try the $1/2 CVS brand paper products coupon that the machine has been spitting out.

ExtraBucks deals:

Buy 2 Pantene for $6.97 total, get $2 ECB. Use two $1/1 from today's Parade to get them for $2 each.

Buy two ThermaCare wraps (not 1 ct.) for $5.99 each, get $5 ECB. Use two $3/1 printables to get them for 50 cents each!

Buy a $50 "dinner and a movie" gift card, get $10 ECB (The ad shows Applebees and AMC theaters. Well, if you were going to go anyway ...)

For the rest of the CVS deals, see Mashup Mom.

Booze coupons! There is a one-sheet insert with $2/1 Cruzan Rum and a $1/1 any DeKuyper product. Which seems to be a premixed cocktail thing. And in RedPlum, there is one for $5/2 Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker Red, Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Golden Margarita, Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, Smirnoff Cocktails or Tanqueray. Plus $3/1 Smirnoff Ice or any brands of wine that Diageo sells. Hooray -- I'm so glad Woodman's in Kenosha takes coupons because our liquor cabinet is getting pretty bare.

Jewel-Osco has the ConAgra Catalina deal advertised only now, even though it ends Wednesday. I'm thinking about maybe getting toilet paper, at $6.99 with a pre-card price of $8.99, along with some Pam for grilling. There's a $.50/1 Angel Soft printable coupon as well as one in today's 5/23 RedPlum. Don't forget about that awesome spreadsheet site I told you about for these Catalina deals. Oh, there are also more manufacturer's coupons in today's Jewel-Osco ad, including the $1/1 for Heinz, which you could take to Target for a good deal.

Old Navy has a coupon for $5/$25, good through June 3. They would also like you to know that if you have their credit card, you get 10% off every Tuesday.

OfficeMax is offering a $10 gift card if you buy 2 of the same HP toner cartridges or $0 in any national brand ink. ("national brand"? is that English?)

JoAnn fabric and craft stores has ... you guessed it! a coupon for 40% off one regular priced item. Inside the ad there's a coupon for 10% off total purchase including sale stuff, good Friday and Saturday, May 28 and 29 only.

Toys R Us has coupons: $10 off two Huggies or Babies R Us value boxes of diapers (72 ct. or higher), or $4/2 23.2 or larger powder formula. For the Huggies, of course, $3/1 coupons. For the formula, don't forget you can combine this coupon with a manufacturer's coupon AND with formula checks.

Menards has a glossy flyer with a coupon for free Always Fresh Food Storage Containers if you buy $25 in P&G items shown in the circular.
