Get tickled pink to support y-me and fight breast cancer!

Who wants to walk the pink carpet with me at an amazing event to be featured on wgn news tonight at 9p! the 6th annual "tickled pink" event that is all over the news tonight will actually take place this friday, february 11 from 7-10pm at the underground and would love to see you stop by!

Tickled pink has raised about $150,000 for the y-me national breast cancer organization since it started in february 2004 when its founder, jodi fyfe, lost her cousin to breast cancer. with a couple of close friends and colleagues and the determination to help contribute to y-me, the organization that helped her cousin, jodi started tickled pink chicago! i actually met her when I did a segment for metromix tv and covered and supported the first tickled pink party.

every party since then has always been done in a fun and fashionable way and the guests get to mingle with local celebrities and
media too - sometimes i've even jumped behind the bar and served the guests the unique pink specialty drinks! over the years, i've been joined by fox chicago's amy freeze, nbc 5 chicago's rob elgas, alex perez, anthony ponce, my former 24/7 co-host marcus riley, and so much more. but besides the fun, it's always inspiring to see jodi and everyone coming together to fight the battle against breast cancer together.

if you guys are interested in going, or have any questions about the event, you can call john keogh at y-me at 311-294-8557 or go to the tickled pink website (http://www.tickledpinkchicago.com) for more information. go check this event out if you can, it's one of the hottest parties for a great cause!
