This week on ChicagoNow Radio with Amy Guth and Alex Quigley we have a short show so we can make way for the Northwestern Wildcats coverage. Find us on from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at WGN 720 or online at WGNRadio.com. As for our guests:
9 a.m.
Rachel Wolfe of The Art of Advice joins us at the top of the show to explain why on earth you would want to get into a sensory-deprivation chamber thingy. (I will take a lot of convincing, personally. Quigley, on the other hand, thinks it would be awesome.)
9:30 a.m.
Lauren Kaminsky of Outside the Girl Box will be up next to talk about a weeklong observance I've never heard of before, but one that sounds interesting: Fat Talk Free Week. She'll explain the tongue-twister and why is matters.
10 a.m.
Julie DiCaro of A League Of Her Own will close out the show with us. She'll be talking about Quade, and whether or not we should be concerned his name rhymes with "potty," "shoddy" and, um, "hide a body." (Callin' it like I see it folks. Callin' it like I see it.)
Find the latest on our spiffy Facebook page, too, and by following me (@AmyGuth) and Alex Quigley (@AlexQuigley) on Twitter.
