Songs of the Summer: Are those from the 1980's as explicit as today's?

Billboard recently released the top 10 songs of the summer for each year from the present going back to 1985. No, I have no idea why they stopped at 1985, unless they just wanted to make me feel old, in which, way to go, Billboard! Mission accomplished!

Fortunately, 1985 was the start of my tween years, so let’s check out the top summer songs of my tweenhood and see if the lyrics are as explicit as this summer’s top songs. You know, the songs like “Stayed Up All Night to Get Lucky” or “Blurred Lines,” the songs with lyrics that make me want to crawl under the dashboard when my tween starts singing them at the top of her lungs.
