former candidate for U.S. Senate, and Honorary Chair to the Kick-Off
Opening Reception Of The Historic 1st National Convention of Black Wall

Opening Reception Friday, August 20th at 4:30 PM at offices of Black Wall Street-Chicago and South Street Journal Newspaper, located at 449 East 35th Street, 1st Floor 312-624-8351 or cell 773-392-0165  Rev. Jackson accepted Allen’s invitation to give the Opening Remarks at this historic kick-off reception. This will mark the first time that Rev. Jackson has personally visited the grassroots organizations offices, and it marks Allen efforts to create operational unity between generations of leaders on issues of common ground,and rebuilding Black owned business and jobs districts is a common agenda of empowerment for Blacks and poor communities disconnected from one another thus significant for Allen and Jackson to be reunited with others for the kick-off and future action planning between intergenerational leadership, organization’s and constituencies.
