On to today, a Monday. My gratitude focus today is about feeling excited. I'm hoping to pull that off because I really don't want to go to work and be all work-like. Do you need to focus on a type of gratitude? NO. Just pay a bit of attention to your feelings and thoughts today and see how that goes. Did you write in your gratitude journal? What are you thankful for? Tell me in the comments below!
