One of the most charitable organizations in Chicago, the Chicago Spirit Brigade (CSB), is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday night a Circuit Nightclub - and you need to go.
Every year CSB creates new routines and showcases their talents at street festivals and events around the city, and all of the money that they raise goes to charity.
Last year I had the honor of walking with them during the Gay Pride Parade - and they collected more money than they ever had before - $4,563.14 over the course of Pride weekend.
Of all the work that they do, they only hold one fundraiser a year for themselves and Big Bang 7 this Saturday, January 23rd is it!
Big Bang, the Chicago Spirit Brigade's annual cabaret-style fundraiser, kicks off at Circuit Nightclub this Saturday with an 8:00pm Meet & Greet Reception. Enjoy a complimentary cocktail, courtesy of Circuit, before the 9:00 Show. Then join your fellow guests and CSB's dancers, twirlers and cheerleaders for lots of after-party dancing under Circuit's state-of-the-art light and sound system!
With more cheerleaders, dancers and drill team members than ever before (like cheer-star Michael M. pictured here in Big Bang Six), the 45-member Chicago Spirit Brigade now boasts an amazing diversity of talent. This year's Big Bang promises to be the best show yet... with plenty of hot dance numbers, a bit of kitsch, some drag (of course!), great vocal performances and, we promise, even a flash of skin (PG-13! Nothing too risqué)
You can purchase tickets in advance online for $20 or they're $25 at the door.
After the jump check out their promo video, it's HOT!!!
