Lady Gaga is used to performing for the queens, but now she's going to perform for THE Queen.
The "controversial performer" is scheduled to perform for Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip at the forthcoming Royal Variety Performance on December 7 at the Opera House in Blackpool.
It's funny because it appears as though the press are very concerned about how Lady Gaga will perform for the queen. They actually say: "Lady Gaga is the alter ego of New Yorker Stefani Germanotta, 23" who refers to her by that name? They are also hoping that she will "cover up" and "tone down" her performance.
The Queen should be used to bawdy acts, hell Liberace performed for her.
I have no doubt that Lady Gaga will give a classy performance, I don't think that we have to worry about going there and making a fool of herself - you know, like what Kanye did. Don't worry though, Miley Cyrus is performing this year, so she'll be sure to bring the class act - lets hope she doesn't do the stripper pole thing again.
So what do you think, will Lady Gaga class it up for the Queen or will she make the Queen grab her pearls and gasp?
