Mediahound Kathy Griffin finally says "NO PHOTOS PLEASE"

Kathy Griffin wants you to buy her book but she doesn't want to take pictures with you.  She is set to sign copies of her latest piece of work "Official Book Club Selections" at Borders on Wednesday - but won't be adding any personal messages with her autograph.

Based on a photo I found over on TwitPic by iwasahumanboy there are a whole bunch of rules you need to follow to get in.  You must have previously purchased her book, you must receive one of the limited number of wristbands and stand in line to meet the all powerful and great Wonderful Wizard of Oz...oh no that's not right, I mean Kathy Griffin.  She'll sign up to 2 of your books, which you pre-purchased,  but she won't personalize them and she won't have her picture taken with you.

So I wonder why she isn't personalizing her books, I guess her signature alone is worth the price of admission - but I wonder if there's a deeper darker secret that she may be hiding.....hmmmmmmm, I wonder what it could be?

Regardless, Kathy will be kicking off her sold out series at the Chicago Theater on Thursday night and playing to packed houses all weekend.  The Chicago gays really love Kathy Griffin don't they?  She originally started out with only one show and then quickly added THREE MORE because you queers were buying so many tickets!

There have been rumors going around the Twitterbookverse that Kathy Griffin is going to the Chicago Rally for National Equality in Daley Plaza  on Sunday to show her love for the gays.  It's too bad that I'm going to be in DC so I won't be able to see her, but please take some pictures and send them to me.  I can't wait to hear what she has to say!

Oh and if you go to the book signing - take a picture anyway!
