Countdown to DC: Speaker list released

The organizers of the National Equality March on Washington recently released a list of more than 30 speakers who will address the community and the world on October 11th.

Included in the list are Harvey Milk protoge and AIDS Quilt creater Cleve Jones, longtime gay activist David Mixner, Lt Dan Choi who served in Iraq and recently discharged from the Army under DADT when he came out on the Rachel Maddow show earlier this year.

Judy Shepard, who's son Matthew Shepard was murdered more than 10 years ago in Laramie, WY, will take the dias along with Civil rights leader Julian Bond and Richard Aviles a student from St Olaf college who will speak on behalf of student activists.
