OUT Magazine says that Chicago has four of the best gay bars in the world in a recent survey.

Chicago is tied only with New York City in the recent list compiled by OUT Magazine; Miami, Paris and Bangkok pale in comparison with only 3!

We are lucky to live in such an amazing city that has such a vibrant and lively LGBT community, and to have that recognized by OUT Magazine is truly something that the LGBT businesses and civic partners should be proud of.

  • i like bobby love's!

  • @Joey - Bobby Loves is fun! I used to live in the apartment directly above Bobby loves, which wasn't fun!

  • Before it was Bobby Loves, it use to be a place called "Dandy's" and it had a sign on the door that said "No Hustlers Allowed" but when you walk in, the clientele was nothing but old men and hustlers! I didn't realize it but the guy who took me there was a hustler and I think he was trying to pimp me out.

  • @Marc - you mean in an alternate reality you could have been a street boy? oh my!!!!

  • Mary's Attic is a lot of fun without the drama, Sidetrack is no surprise, and I can understand Minibar to a certain extent... but Spin? I guess it's gotten a lot nicer with the recent renovation but I'd choose several other places before it. Just my $0.02, though.
