Enjoy the Block Musuem Summer Cinema program with a screening of the Wizard of Oz on July 15.

Have you been enjoying summer so far?  Some of the best fun I've had thus far was watching "Mamma Mia" at Hollywood Beach when the Reeling Film Festival presented it a few weeks ago, there's just something about watching a movie outside that makes it that much better.

Even though the Chicago Outdoor Film Festival starts on Tuesday night, do you really need an excuse to see a classic, on the big screen - outdoors?

You'll have a chance to see the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz this coming Wednesday night on the lawn at the Norris University Center - 1999 Campus Drive in Evanston.

We all know and love The Wizard of Oz, that's why we're considered "Friends of Dorothy's" so head on up to Northwestern University and catch this free screening.  I mean how else can I hype up this amazing classic film.

What: Block Museum Summer Outdoor Movies - Wizard of Oz
