Do you know the Feast of Fun podcast? Oh wait, are you saying you're not quite sure what a podcast is? Well think of it like a radio program, only it's broadcast on the internet and there's none of that pesky FCC oversight - so you can be as naughty as you wanna be.
The Feast of Fun is Chicago's hometown #1 Podcast. The program is hosted by Fausto Fernos and Marc Felion and they have the distinct ability to claim that they are the #1 dwnloaded LGBT Podcast on iTunes and the 3 time People's Choice Podcast Award Winners for "Best LGBT Podcast" - yeah they're that good!
Fausto and Marc produce shows 5 days a week and just last week they released their 1,000th show - which is no small feat!
I have had the distinct pleasure of being invited on the Feast of Fun many times and every time is more fun than the last time. It's really difficult to explain just how entertaining and educational the show is - I know that every time I visit I learn something new!
The boys invited me over last night and we talked about all sorts of things, like the recent ruling on DOMA by President Obama's DOJ, a drag queen in Florida who is competing to be on RuPaul's Drag Race and beat up her live-in boyfriend who just happens to be a mayor of a small town and how the recent "Presidential memorandum to release benefits" to same-sex partners of some Federal Employees really isn't the great thing that they're making it out to be.
While you're over there, go ahead and subscribe via iTunes and check out their very active Community where listeners sound off to what's going on in the world.
